Answer the following questions after completing your aerial drawing. Look at photo cards 5, 6, and 7. Record your observations about each photo and answer the questions on the back of each card.

Card 5:
Write your observations:
A place that is very misty, delta at the bottom of the stream, trees at the bottom of the mountain.
Answers to the questions:
1.In the clouds and in the river.
2.The sand and other components could just be flowing around on the bottom of the stream.

Card 6:
Write your observations:
Slope looking mountain with snow or ice, looks like some of it is made of concrete, looks to hard to sled, a car or house looking thing with a flag close to it.
Answers to the questions:
1.This picture is different then others because it looks like it was taken right in front of. We think this picture was taken in Alaska, Colorado or Canada because there are a lot of mountains in each of these countries or states and there can still be ice or snow on the top of the mountains.
2.The shape of the valley looks like a half circle or a c. We think it is this shape because it was a glacier before it became a mountain.

Card 7:
Write your observations:
Might be sand on the side of the mountain, looks like there is a cannon in the middle of the bridge, & looks like the bridge is made of concrete.
Answers to the questions:
1.Probably by water going up the mountain because in the olden days there just would be water.
2.Because the water probably had different kinds of components in there like sand, soil, clay & humus.
